I have lived at LeMay for a little over two years. Overall, I think it is a very nice place to live. The apartments are nice and roomy (I have a 1BR and my BR is pretty big!). My only complaint is that it is not very sound proof. However, one must keep in mind that this IS an apartment complex with lots of people living there and noises are to be expected in my opinion. I have never had a hard time parking my car in the underground garages or out in the lot. I wasn't too fond of the management team when I first moved in, but now some of the people are different and they seem a lot nicer and more helpful and knowledgeable (I think their names are Rona and John-both are very nice). I don't really care for the laundry machines and the cost to wash and dry, but once again, this IS an apartment, and to me, those things are expected. I would suggest LeMay to other people. I think this is a very nice place to live for the money that you pay.

I think it's kind of random that everytime someone says something negative about this place amazingly a good comment pops up about them. I wouldn't put it past the staff to be writing their own reviews! If you are interested in this property drive past the pool one night this summer you will see the two leasing staff at the pool WASTED, slaming it back, fighting with residents. PROFESSIONAL!!!

Well, ANONYMOUS, it's funny you know this. Where were you when all this was happening? Post your name if your going to slam the office staff. I've lived here for a year and they've always been nice, even when bad things have happened. It sucks that your experience wasn't the same but try to realize that you've got free will to move somewhere else. I know if I was sitting by the pool on my day off, I wouldn't want some pissy resident judging me. Find something better to do with your time. -Resident, NOT office staff
