I just moved in to the apartment only because of Rona. She is very nice to us and very friendly. I can say from experience she could be the one of the best leasing consultant. When we moved in we had few problems like A/c & light. A/c was replaced immediately with new M/c & lights were changed with in few hours. Jon also a nice man to interact. I like this place very much.

Anyone can guess all these John and Rona stuff was posted by them only. Becareful while taking these reviews in account to decide on renting the property.

I can assure you these posts are not written by myself or John. In fact, we encourage residents to respond to this website based on their experiences here - be that positive or negative. We feel fortunate that the majority of our residents who take the time to post a review on this site have deemed their experience with us favorable.

Yeah, whatever, Rona and Jon are popular her for one reason and one reason only. My observations.... The are HUGE PARTY PEOPLE. I am watching them right now. No one really goes to the pool except for their little click. John is pouring something out of a paperbag, which is totally ghetto. The college students love them because they party with them and let them do ANYTHING THEY WANT, INCLUDING DRINKING OUT OF GLASS CONTAINERS, PLAYING THEIR BOOMBOXES BECAUSE WE ALL KNOW THAT EVERYONE APPRECIATES ONE TYPE OF MUSIC.. GIVE ME A BREAK THESE PEOPLE NEED TO GO!!!!!
