I'll start with the bad....
When we moved in, all was well. Great place. After a couple months, they signed a deal with Coligate Housing, which may have been their downfall. Now they're packing in 4 Brown students per apartment, and with them comes LOUD STEREOS, LOUD CAR SYSTEMS, PARTYING, AND NUMEROUS POLICE CALLS. And I never met the people who lived above me, but I can only assume it was a family of overweight elephants that enjoyed juggling bowling balls, but sucked at it and never caught any, because thats what it sounded like was going on above us. Below were more Brown jerks that played their steroes so F'n loud and left their windows open every night, so we had to shut ours or hear all their goings-on. We had a small mold problem in our bathroom, and the maintainence people came and PAINTED OVER IT. That worked for...gee, a day'

Now for the GOOD stuff!
The apartment itself was awesome. I loved the layouts and everything. I paid somewhere over $300, with 2 roommates. Not bad there. The pool was always clean, well kept. Oddly enough, there weren't many pool parties being held by the Brown jerks. Parking was always plentiful, except for the rare occasions when there aren't any close spots to your door, and you have to park a little further than you would normally. No biggie. Laundry rooms are nice. I never saw any bugs in my apartment. A lot of times, people leave their old furniture in the halls, which is nice if you're looking for some free furnishings ;) the parking garage is awesome, too. Never a complaint there. The staff is really freindly too, and knew me by name.

All in all, I highly reccommend Lemay Lake. If I were ever going to live in Eagan again, I would probably go back there.
