The Bad--
I live on the bottom floor and I swear that the people above us spend their days playing DDR or Nintendo Wii. The STOMPING is obnoxiously loud all day long.
Many of our other neighbors are very dirty and leave their garbage in various areas of the building: the garage, the hallway outside their apartment, and in the laundry room. Apparently people are too lazy to clean up after themselves.
My clothes were vandalized (bleached) in the laundry room.
Our underground garage neighbors never leave much space for parking, despite management's intervention.
The Good--
Management is very kind and knows most of the tenants by name. They always respond quickly and empathetically to needs.
The size of the apartment is very large, compared to many others in the area.
The onsite pool is in good condition.
