I would have always reccomended this complex in the past as a great place to live. The management is great and the updating of the buildings is a sure way to compete with the newer options in town. However it seems the place has turned from our home to a sorority house. The college kids have made things a bit loud and it seems the new updates are getting vandalized and worn very quickly. The rent is also getting to be in a range that you would pay in a complex that offers far higher end ameneties (i.e. better fitness center, in unit washer and dryers, central air etc.) Maybe that is why they need to have college kids who split the rent in order to fill the units' Until this point Lemay Lake was a very nice home to us, however, we will be leaving at lease end due to another rent increase. It is not worth it to live amongst young kids who do not take pride in where they call home. I am afriad after the end of last summer that th eone ammenity, the pool, will be underutilized by most people due to the amount of partying, loud rap music with expicit lyrics, drinking and evn marujuana smoking that was witnessed at the pool last summer. Its a bummer when some bad apples can ruin a great place. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
