Cons -> You have to share underground parking with your neighbour and space is not enough. People does not care much if they come first and don't left much room for you. I find some scratches also on my Car.
-> I find the apartment is bit expensive then the others.
-> Washroom are fixed with old mirror and tap

Pro -> Very near to highway 35 and 494
-> Near to gas station and Shops
-> Staff is very friendly and they know you in person
-> You do not have to pay additional fees for Heater and Underground Car park

Laundry is in each block and not very expensive
There are plenty of space available to park your car outside also.

I am not giving 5* because it doesn't left space for improvement.
Overall good place ti leave..
