Well, your stay will be normal, nothing great! And however clean your apartment is when you leave, DO NOT expect to get your deposit back. They cheat you by saying they used it to clean the apartment, when you have already cleaned the apartment before leaving!!! If you want some bad memories and have some money to waste, stay at Lemay Lake.

Thats true, it isnt the first time I have heard about this, and its worrying me to believe that I have already lost my deposit money! They call it damages, but what they dont understand is that after spending years in an apartment, apart from bearing with the idiosyncracy of staff like John Rankin, there is something which other places call "normal wear and tear". Inspite of having those damages in the move in sheet, they still like to oversee it and not believe that the "damages" was caused by the prev residents... It was better when John wasnt around, either he needs to behave himself or he needs to gracefully walk out with a bottle in a brown paper bag! WTF!
