lived here from 2005-2008. At first very nice setting, could have replaced carpet as it still smelled like urine from the renter's previous pet. Painting not the best job with the move-in. Not impressed from 2007-2008 as the leasing office started allowing loud obnoxious college kids from Le Courdon Bleu and Brown College. Very disrespectful, loud, obnoxious. A lot of parties going on, graffiti in the hallways and stealing property such as nice hallway fixtures. Complained on several locations, nothing ever happened which resulted in my move-out.
