There have been significant security issues in this establishment that have been brought to the new managements attention, but it goes through on ear and out the other.

There has been a light out in the parking lot that has been broken for over a year.

There are woods all around this parking lot, and women are afraid to walk to their car after dark.There have been 5 cars vandelized in this part of the parking lot in the last few months.

There are doors that do not close, and the management put up a sign that they were ordering new doors, only to take the sign down weeks later without a new door.

There are a lot of drug dealings taking place in the place.

So if you are a punk kid or loser, you would fit right in here.

The rent is WAY to high for what they offer in this facility!!Do not be fooled by their website and ads on apartment.com.

Come and LOOK at the place, and not just what they decide to show you.

That pretty landscaping up front is where they seem to put the money to entice you to spend too much for way too little.

Also talk to the residents, they will paint the real picture of dealing with the arrogant management.

Ask to meet the Assistant Manager..he is a real pleasure---NOT.
