Woodridge

If you're on this site, it means you're either 1.looking for a place to complain, or 2. considering Woodridge as your new home. So I would like to tell everyone how unfair these kinds of websites are... Residents who are satisfied or happy with their apartments aren't going to come to this website to report of how happy they are. If you see a good review, it's likely an employee or a 20-year resident who is oblivious to their surroundings(With a few exceptions, of course).
I understand what it means to be a smart-consumer, and by all means, if you are unsatisfied with your rental, you should voice your concern. If your concerns are not handled properly, then don't renew your lease. It's as simple as that.
I can't imagine how difficult it is to work with some of the people who write these nasty reviews. If they really feel that they are being treated poorly, imagine how management feels about how they are being treated. Management are people too.
I lived at Woodridge for quite some time before I purchased my house. I've seen those apartments go through massive changes. From complete overhauls to cosmetic quick-fixes. I've seen management try to clean up the property, from addding more groundskeepers to their staff to weeding out the bad elements that have resided there. All of which take time and money... If you were the manager, wouldn't you pick the most important things to fix first'
I'm not saying all management is perfect. In fact, I have had my share of complaints and concerns that were not handled to my fullest satisfaction. However, if you feel it necessary to come to a website like this, and write about how awful your experience was, you need to start taking a look at yourself and re-directing some of this misplaced anger.
Don't forget how emotionally messed-up many people in our society are; and how spoiled most of them have been in a suburb like Eagan.
Woodridge is as good, if not slightly better than most places I've lived in.

WOW! This was definatly posted by an office staff member who is fed up with listening to complaints.... Looks like they should do something about it to keep web sites like this from having complaints, oh thats right they cant they have to take their orders from the higher up... Every worker that works for Stuart that I have talked to about the company (that have worked for the company for over ten years)say the same thing its a good company they treat their employees right, but now there's just alot of changes going on some good, however most seem to be bad and we know those will change to good. Now for the newer employees who didnt work under Stuart himself have said just the opposite! They are miss treated, and as for the residents they care nothing of what they think. The company has changed since Stuart has stepped down as the main man and since they other person who was promoted to his spot has taken over, the company has gone down hill. Unless that person is removed from their position it will not be the same business that Stuart set out to start many, many years ago!! He is one of the nicest people anyone could meet and knows how to run a business as well as take care of the people around him. Thats why his business has blossomed into what it is today. I know we all make mistakes and maybe he made one and maybe not. Whatever it is, Stuart is NO DUMMY and will fix the problem before it costs him what he built!! As for the office staff, they need to be honest and truthfull with the residents, and their staff so that they can run smooth and be trusted. You cant please everyone so their will always be complaints, however you can reduce them by how you treat people and how things get done!
