I have lived here for approximately 6 months. This place is a major disappointment. Upon moving in, my apartment home was nasty. The kitchen cabinets were covered with dried-up food and dirt from the previous tenant. The bathroom toilet had mold everywhere. I spent 3 days cleaning instead of unpacking. Management has never addressed this issue or even offered an apology; however, they do charge a $150.00 redecorating fee upon move-out.

Additionally, on three occasions the trash chute room has been filled half full with trash. (Just imagine opening the door to the trash chute room and seeing and smelling piles of garbage that cover half the room. You telephone management and report the issue and 24 hours later the issue remains unchanged.)

The security in this building is a real problem. The doors are constantly propped open with rocks or paper is stuck in the lock.

I had hoped that management would fix these issues; however, things have not gotten better only worse. Approximately 1 month ago, I found the tenant above me had let his or her dog go potty on their balcony. The waste has fallen through the cracks onto my balcony. My balcony is littered with dog waste. I do not have a dog. Management has done nothing to address this issue although it has been reported.

My advice is to not move here. I will be moving at the end of my lease as these conditions are unacceptable.

Ohhhh NO!!!! My friend lives there and she has lived there for 3 yrs. It is a loud noisy building. You can hear thru the walls. The hall ways have constant children running and yelling thru the halls. And it is so LOUD, unbearable to live in. I recently asked the Asst. Man. Jessica about rent rates and she gave no give on rent rates. She was very quick to turn down my $910. proposed rate to her. She and Man. needs to be replaced. They are very unproductive in the quality of living and getting good paying tenants. Sad, the corporate office needs to be aware of the serious issues. I was going to move in. But now REALLY question there facility with my own dealings and the other blog. So Management is the issue!Also they due accept sec. 8 which is basically FREE rent!
