Be patient, the buildings are improving...

Our experiences at Woodridge apartments has been shaky at best.
The office staff is accomodating with the issues we've had ( no heat, cold showers for over a year, shaking/vibrating of apartment floor, car break-in, and kids running and screaming in hallways at all hours).
However, since Stuart Management Company has taken over, we feel the building interiors have greatly depreciated.
I feel that many of the maintenance and office issues have to do with the new management company.
Many of our favorite staff people have left due the the change over (a very friendly office worker, and helpful maintenance people).
Since the "fill-in" assistant manager has left, the staff has been much more accomodating.
Robin, the current property manager, is a sweetheart.
Our best suggestion for Woodridge apartments is to get rid of the trashy people in this complex.
