I've lived at Woodridge for about 4 years. Ever since Stuart has taken over it has improved 100%. I feel safe in my apartment and being a dog owner, I appreciate having a pet-friendly apartment with a fenced pet park. The grounds are always clean, the gym is amazing and the hot tub has a relaxing view of the woods. In the summertime, the pool has always been refreshing. The maintenance staff has always been respectful and polite. The management has met all my needs. This is a very neighborly environment. The underground parking is awesome. I really like having cameras in entries and the garage as well.
Down sides: the stairwells can be dirty at times. People don't always pick up after their dog, forcing me to pick up after them. Some people don't always keep a leash on their dog. Residents don't seem to respect the buildings.

This place isn't perfect, but if everyone pitched in, it could be.
