New management (Stuart) has made improvements

Overall, I am satisfied. The management team (since Stuart took over) is professional, pleasant, and polite. Maintenance service has improved. One of the things I most appreciate is that the rental office takes parcel deliveries so that you don't have to worry about missing deliveries when at work. The number of laundry rooms/machines should have been more. The gym is reasonable though it could use some improvements. The heating system, and the hot water system, could also use some improvements.

I have been a resident at Woodridge Apartments for over a Year and have been diappointed from day 1. During the tour that we were given we were told that they were "renovating" over a million dollars into the place. When I moved in I was wondering were they put the million because it sure was not into improving these apartments.
There are a lot of Lower Income Residents that have no respect for others and hang out till 3am with broken liqour bottles found in the parking lot on a weekly basis. The maintenance department takes forever to fix or repair issue but when no maintenance is necessary they find any little excuse to come into your apartment and inspect. The hallways are dirty and are hardly ever cleaned. There have been used "Rubbers" found in the parking lot were children walk everyday. The Management Team is a joke and they only have one thing on their mind: RENT. They don't care about the resident or this place because they don't live here. I will say there are some of the office ladies that are nice and hard working but the Manager here is horrible. She has been the most unprofessional person that I have ever met and I can see why she manages this place. The front Door has been busted for the past few weeks allowing anyone to enter. I will be moving soon but please listen to me if you can help it do not move here. The crime has gone up a lot in the last year and we have had the cops show up twice a week for a Month straight. I am warning those who are considering this place to look else where unless you look forward to disappointment please do not rent here.

I agree 100% with the previous post and couldn't have said it better myself. We must live in the same building. Staff will tell you they are improving the conditions of the apartments, but it is only to pacify you for the moment. Save yourself a lot of trouble and find a better place to call "home."
