Terrible place to call home

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
The day i was moving in my "neighbor" came over and told me to take my then 1 year old outside. Mind you it was january and -12 below zero outside. I asked him if he was going to get my one yr old arrested then he kindly shut up and went back to his apartment. They changed apartment managers 3 times in the last year. The final one was a %@#*!............Well i could complain alot more. But the last thing is the owner is from another country and if he is there he yells at you over everything.
