If you are considering Chestnut, Reconsider. There buildings should be condemed. The people that wrote good reviews must have bee payed by Belgarde corp.who owns this dump. If you look at the front of the buildings you can easily see they are leaning. The doors dont fit anymore because the buildings keep shifting. The siding is cracking and falling off. The parking lot lighting hasnt worked in 2 years. This is a very short list of what is wrong with this place dont make the same mistake I did.
