I have lived here for three years and just love this community. The three-bedroom townhouse I live in is very spacious and laundry is just outside my apartment. The updates that are taking place are wonderful and the new staff is very polite and respectful of my family and I.

The new caretakers are great and keep the buildings and ground clean and trash free. I don't understand why everyone else has all these problems, I have always had prompt service from the maintenance staff.

I have wonderful neighbors and recommend this community to everyone.

I have to agree with the idea that this review, along with others, was posted by the management. As I read through the reviews I noticed that the positive comments started to post around the same time we got our new manager, and trust me, they all sound like her. As far as maintenance goes, prompt service, now thats a joke. When maintenance finally does come they really don't fix anything, unless u think a hot glue gun and duck tape will do the trick! Seriously, I've lived at chestnut for 3 years now & about 1/2 my kitchen is full of glue from their super duper hot glue gun. I don't even bother asking for things to get fixed anymore because it's pointless. All in all, I can't wait to get out of here. I never should have signed on for another year. :(
