Not worth what you pay for. They should be paying you with the heck i went through.

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
#1 I haven't used my washer in my apartment building since Spring Break 2008.
#2 The managers act like it's your problem that the utilities are broken.
#3 Very slow on coming in for maintanence. I had to call several times to get
one thing fixed. (example: went a couple weeks w/o in air conditioner in the
middle of the summer)
#4 Over charged on having pets.
#5 Not friendly staff
#6 Balconies look like tbey're going to colapse. The stairways to the balconies are
literally diagonal.
#7 Not much socializing events what so ever. Cheap apartment management.
#8 Promised things that weren't fulfilled.(Promised rent would not go up, but since
it wasn't written down it wasn't fulfilled. Promised rugs to put over stained
carpet existing before we moved in, wasn't fulfilled because it wasn't written
down.)
#9 Didn't feel very safe in the neighborhood it was located.
#10 Very nice view.....of the gas station.
