The buildings are made with balsa wood. You can hear everything from the neighbor above you especially if they have kids. They let their kids (Apt. 36-8) run around all over the place screaming and pounding on my ceiling until 10:30 at night. In addition, maintanance is pathetic. I have called over and over about water pouring into my dining room area. I was told that it would have to wait until spring time before it can be fixed. Also my kitchen fawcet has been leaking since I move in last September and it's still not fixxed.
