Since the new management has taken over (August 05)we have seen some wonderful things happen here. The trash actually gets picked up, the trash chutes rarely get clogged anymore, we got a new phone entry system that works, and new lighting is going into the garage. The new maintenance team (new staff in January 06) is doing a wonderful job.

I was told that they are building a NEW CLUBHOUSE this year and making some 3 bedrooms.

The new manager is working hard to get everything up and going since the old management quit doing anything WELL over a year ago. I know she has had a tough job cleaning up the mess from the previous mgmnt, as my account was way screwed up. The office staff works hard everyday to take care of all the details. More people should appreciate their efforts
