Charged me 800$ for damages that did not happen during my stay. Showed the check-in list of previous damages from the past management; but appeared to have lost it!!!
Challenged them to small claims court!!
Management backed off as if they were stung by a bee!!! So future renters - make sure that you keep all records!!

Is it really poor management when they listen to what you have to say about past problems and respond by not charging you for the damages? Also, how could you have had a check in with the past management company if you have only lived at Eden Place since 2006? And frankly, I would be more angry with the past company for not fixing the damages before you moved in. There really should not have been $800 worth of problems from the start.
