towed cars away. cost 500$ to reclaim it!! do not rent here!!!

I am glad they towed your car...how can they clean the lots if you don't move your car! Idiot! You must be the ------- that doesn't move your car when it snows and then they can't clean the lot. Once again you are an idiot.

While I was on my honeymoon my sister called me to tell me that they were resurfacing the lot, so I had to move my car (unfortunately I had my keys and only two days notice). I called the office four times and left messages. No one returned my call. Sure enough when I came back from my honeymoon my car had been towed. I spoke with the office and they said they never got my messages and were not responsible for anything. After paying several hundred dollars for my car, I drove to the Eden Place apartment and ended my lease. I honestly don't know they even have residents with how badly they treat them.
