I can attest to squeeky floors, was told it was a winter thing, but its not. i am top floor so sorry people below me.
Clean lobby and hallways. Smelly garbage containers in garage in summer.
Watch out for important apartment mail such as lease info, being thrown into the hallway by the door. It may come up missing.
No timely notification for renewals, until your late, then they slam you with big charges and fees. ouch
fairly prompt for maintenance. Pretty landscaping.
