My fiancee & I have lived here a year now... the neighbors are silent, the traffic is distant, parking has never been an issue. Maintenaince has always been prompt and successful on their first visit to fix something (which in itself was very infrequent).

Honestly, if renting weren't so inferior to owning, I'd love to live here indefinitely. Of all the apartments I've lived in--this is #4 now--this one is by far the best I've ever lived in. For that matter, all my friends find this place better than their own :)
