I rented there and was fairly happy until they sold it and another company took it over. That is when the problems started.

The staff were rude (extremely).

Neighbors loud and very messy - disgusting actually.

The complex took no responsibility for repairs - the conditions renters had to endure during repairs.

The pool was closed during summer for maintenance.

I would never EVER rent there again!!!!!

They are kind until they pull you in - then wham - you sign an lease and they are rude, unkind, uncaring - worthless
