I highly recommend Eden Place Apartments. After reading some of the comments below, I almost wonder if these people are actually talking about Eden Place Apartments. First off, after having resided in many other apartment buildings, I find that the leasing agents as well as the management here have been exceptionally welcoming and professional. Every time I had a question, maintenance issue, etc, my questions and concerns have always been taken care of right away. As for Robbie, he is by far one of the nicest, most professional leasing managers that I have ever dealt with. I make frequent visits to the office due to packages and have never seen Robbie disrespect or poorly treat somebody- I honestly have yet to meet a resident who doesn t like Robbie.

As for Eden Place loosing people s rent checks, I find that quite hard to believe. For the past 3 years, I have been depositing my check in a sealed envelope in the drop off slot and have NEVER had a problem. And as for maintenance requests, again, I have never had a problem; my requests have always been taken care of. And my parking spot .again, it s never been a problem. There isn t a doubt in my mind that some people have problems no matter where they go- maybe because they choose to create them'''

I wouldn t have renewed my lease for the 3rd time if I didn t think it was worth the money. You will see what you get when you take the tour. I also think that as the months go by, Eden Place is getting bigger and better. They just threw us a themed pool/BBQ party, providing us with tons of food, games, huge prizes- they handed out a large number of $100 gift certificates, etc. I have no regrets of having moved in here!
