things i like

1. full size washer and dryer in EVERY APT. this is actually the only reason i rented here

2. the apt is nice and spacious
3. curry smells don't bother me, and most of the people are international or aloof, so no one bothers me (I LOVE THAT)
4. it's in eden prairie, so if anything happens the police will be there QUICKLY
5. the rent is a decent value for the size and location...
6. no one has stolen my bike out of my parking spot!!!!!YAY!!!

things i don't like...

1. there is no 24 hour person on site... my sink overflowed one night (there was no water running in my house, yet my sink was filling and subsequently overflowed w/ my upstairs neighbors nasty bathwater) and there was no one for me to call. i was locked out one night and there was no one for me to call (my fault, yes, but it would have been a nice courtesy). that kinda sucks.
2. the people who work there are cordial enough, but there's no incentive to have any customer service. i.e., i had to go pick up an extremely important package during my lunch break. the staff was in a meeting that should have been over @ 1:00 (it was 1:10, and the door was still locked) i see the entire office staff still sitting in the clubhouse... i knocked on the door, they all looked up and immediately looked back down... no one even acknowledged that i was standing there... the MANAGER continuted to smile and laugh w/ her coworkers before coming to open the door.
3. The 1st three weeks i lived in the apt my bathroom sink was broken, my toilet was broken AND my kitchen sink broke... WTF!!!!

4. this is the second month i've lived there and today i received the 2ND notice about how rent trash and water should be paid... they've also just ----ed up the way i pay my bills and basically told me i should deal w/ it and pay the late fees... 2months... two changes...

i like for the only interaction i have w/ my landlord is to drop off my rent and to fix something that's broken... these people are slowly but surely becoming a thorn in my side...

I agree with everthing you have said, I preety much rented here because the washer and dryer. I have lived here since last may, when I moved in my apartment was dirty, things were broken which still haven't been fixed since I moved in and I am supposed to sign a lease soon, but the kicker is they want to raise my rent $60.00 and for what? There hasn't been any improvements made to raise the rent.
