I've been living at Eden Place for a few months now with my family. It seems like a nice place to me. No, it's not perfect in ever way possible but it's as close to it as you're gonna get without winning the lottery :). The dumpsters do smell in the parking garage sometimes but it's a small price to pay, I think, for having trash chutes and not having to drag your heavy trash in the cold or rain to a dumpster. The management has been nice though we haven't had tons of interaction. We did have an issue with our dishwasher on a Sunday night and the office was closed, we called the after hours number and a maintenance guy was at our apt within 20 minutes and he was super nice, friendly, he shook our hands and told us to call anytime. I've been renting for almost 10 years and I've NEVER had anyone that was that nice there to fix something. The grounds are beautiful, there is a lot of diversity, people are quite and friendly. There aren't any loud crazy parties and the lay out of the apartments are wonderful. Your apartment home will be just as beautiful as the model home. I love it here. I'll stay until I decide to buy a house. People that had bad reviews are either 1) so snobby and picky that nothing ever pleases them or 2) maybe they judged management a little too quickly and didn't give these people a chance. I know some people just assume that the management and maintenace will be snobby because that's what they've had in the past.

what number did you call for after hours, because the one time i called the emergency pager they said that only like fires, sewerage and break ins were emergencies... once my bathroom sink overflowed (the faucet wasn't even on, the water was coming UP from the drain) and i couldn't call anyone... i knocked on like 3 of my neighbors doors and none of them knew who to call either...

I just called the main office number (952-944-2237) and it gives you the emergency maintenance number on the voicemail. I left a message and the maintenance guy got right back to me.

You said "I've been living at Eden Place for a few months now with my family." then you said People that had bad reviews are either 1) so snobby and picky that nothing ever pleases them or "2) maybe they judged management a little too quickly" you seem to judge quickly
