The office staff is all to arrogant and very unaccommodating. I have lived in 4-5 different apartments in different parts of the country and have to say this is absolutely the worst place (management/staff policies)I lived at. If you are one day late on rent 75$ late fees I have never heard of that before $30 are more the norm and every place I stayed at before allow one such mistake, not at Eden Place. Once you decide to live here month to month you still have to to give 60days notice and the rent for living month to month is about 20% more. I will not recommend this ti anyone ever!!!!
