Management sucks! Robbie is ---. All the girls are stupid. The apartments smell like a mixture of curry and ----. Maintenance just sits around smoking weed. IN THE GARAGES!!! Oh... I also saw a family of cockroaches marching down the hall. I am moving as soon as I can! The place down the street is MUCH nicer.

I agree, you certainly do not get what you pay for. The complex advertise security. Yet the whole time I lived there the garage door was broken. I complained, but it went ignored. The noise is aweful from neighbors who party and play their music way too loud late night, when I complained, the complex took no responsibility, they said to call police, police said they would come out, but that the building management would at some point have to step up, they never did. The management was also dishonest, telling you one thing, doing another.

Oh I see, "Anonymous" is most definately a person from management. I worked at Eden Place in the past and there is definately alot of NASTY and SHADY things that go on there. I guarantee there are roaches in a number of the units. But the worst part, is there are more BED BUGS than anything. Be careful... they tend to travel to "clean" apartments! MADACS awards are nothing to be proud of, if you ask me. It's easy to get nominated, and the judges make only one visit to the property before they decide who wins. It's not that hard to have the property looking great for that one day. Lots of cover-ups. Maybe this website is mostly used for people to complain about different properties, and that there's not alot of positive, but I think it's ridiculous that management comes on here and writes FAKE reviews to get their ratings higher.

Loud neighbors, plus mgmt rings you in at a low rental price and then increases the price each year by the maximum legal limit, citing paying for improvements on the property. Lots of East ------- living there with very fragrant cooking - smell it all day all night. My bike was stolen from the garage. There were constantly signs posted warning people about car theft in the garage, lots of break ins

I cant beleave this is this a joke? I have lived here for 1.5 years and 3 years ago aswell and I cant disagree more this place is not that bad, they offer an ok place at fair price.
The staff here is not only fair with people they also offer custumer serive like I have not seen at meany other places, I think the people on this are just bored or they have done thing themself to cause them to have issues that they just want blame others.

I agree with some of the reviews above. The staff is arrogant and very unhelpful...you will be surprised the number of bad reviews about this place all over

I've lived here for a number of years, in building 2, which on my wing has been quiet. I believe building 4 is the "dog" building, and other buildings are more "diverse." Probably the best management team was when Windsor owned the property; in particular, Tara was especially helpful. Then REEF bought the property, fired everyone who knew anything, and brought in a bunch of rum-dumbs. They definitely were not honest; one only needs track the time lines of "resident surveys" verses when applications were submitted to the city for the building of the clubhouse to verify that. The clubhouse was built in one of the stupidest locations on the entire property...but had the advantage of needed no variances so could not be easily turned down by the planning commission or council, and no resident was notified of the above public meetings to give comment on the proposed location. REEF then contracted management out to JPI but it took a couple years for them to get better. Now the property management has been turned over to some other outfit, and now exterior landscaping is less than what it was. On the plus side, interior maintenance seems better, the last two times, someone has responded within a couple hours of submitting the problem to the office; in the days of the REEF regime, I'd have to report a problem 3 times to the office staff and get nasty with them before maintenance would even receive a work order from the office. So I'd say right now things are average, have been better in the past but have also been worse in the past.
