I have lived in 10 different apartment buildings in my life and Eden Place was BY FAR the worst experience I've had. My apartment reeked of curry all the time, the walls are paper thin, the appliances are old and crappy, all of my maintenance requests had to be made at least two times and some were never resolved, the layout of the apartments is terrible and the price is FAR too high for what you get. The pool and garage were the only good things about this place. The washer and dryer in my apartment were junk. My monthly utility bills were well over $100 a month in addition to the overpriced rent. I am so glad to be out of this place - worst place I have ever, ever lived.
