I have lived at Edenvale for a couple years. I was at the verge of moving out because the building was getting very run down and the manager was horrible. I decided to stay when I found out there was a new manager coming. They have since replaced all the building carpet and have updated the community room. I am pretty sure they have new people cleaning now too because the building is much cleaner now than I have ever seen it. Sometimes it is noisy, but it is an apartment building and that is to be expected, I guess.
I would have given a bad review a year ago, but as of late I have been a very happy renter.
