I am not sure how the apartments were in the past, but we have lived in these apartments for 2 years and have never had any issues! During the time we lived here, all the hallways and stairs have been re-carpeted and the community room has been re-decorated! We have had a few items in our apartment that needed to be looked at or fixed and the staff was prompt about taking care of these minor issues (blinds, light fixture...nothing major at all). Everytime anyone needed to enter our apartment, they either asked our permission or posted signs everywhere around the building stating that they would be entering apartments for whatever reason (smoke detector checks, ect.) They have a very prompt and thorough plow service! I have friends that live in other apartments that complain that their parking lots never get plowed! Whenever it snows, the parking lot here is cleared and the sidewalks are shoveled before most people need to get to work! We have never had any reason to complain about noise. When you live in an apartment, it is expected that you hear some type of noise made by other people, but I would not say that this apartment is noisy, nor have I ever seen random children running around the halls. The staff has always been really friendly and helpful. We love the location of the apartments and how close it is to everything! We are happy to call these apartments our home!
