I was reading the other reviews and the negative feedback from April 2009 is interesting. I think the caption "we were young (under 21) and dumb" is probably a good summary. Edenvale is a nice place to live. It's that simple. I live in Edenvale now - this isn't a review from someone who lived there years ago.

They seem to be investing some money in the building that includes new carpet and a newly remodeled community room. They also have some remodeled units, which looked really nice too (modern with stainless steel appliances!). The staff is great (really friendly and approachable). They've been very responsive if I have a question or something that needs to be fixed. In fact, they have people that live on site and are on-call after the office closes.

Overall, I've had a really good experience. Highly recommend living at Edenvale.
