We pay $989 for a 2BR and 1 heated underground garage stall, plus around $100 for utilities. The rooms are smaller than we would like, but the maintenance is pretty much okay. The surroundings are very nice, and the indoor pool is a real boon during winters. The appliances are old, just about working. We did paid very little deposit (surprise), and even got 1 month off for 6-mth lease, so are okay with it. The mgmt seems to be ready to grab money wherever possible : want some extra storage, $15 per month to share-storage; want to use the recreation room, $200 an evening.
