The space for the price is nice. Maitenance was timely whenever we needed them except when we had issues with wasps on our deck. We did have an air conditioner leak which soaked our carpet near the AC unit and the first time they came out, the just set up a fan, while leaving the mold and the stain. Came back to scrape the mold but it still looks bad. Through the month of Dec. one of the security doors did not lock. After a month, I brought this to their attention and it was fixed the next day. People often complain about management not doing anything about issues, but issues need to be brought to their attention before anything can be done....Having laundry in the apt. is one of the best things, they do warm up the whole apt on cold days! (beware of laundry on warm days). The utilities are a bit dated but tolerable. Have not had issues with neighbors or crime. Only suggestion is if you rent a two bedroom, do not put your bed against the same wall as the livingroom TV, the walls are thin enough that if your roommate is an up-all-nighter, you will follow along with the programing also!
