Fighting a losing battle...

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I was a resident at Fountain place for 2 years. I can not beleive the changes I have seen in that time. The most recent is a string of thefts in the "Secure" garages. The office staff/Maintenance try very hard but if I had a nickle for everytime I heard "Equity's Policy" - I could buy a house. Equity is the problem at fountain place not the staff. My advice find a "Property Owner" that cares about the residents and not about collecting the rent check. I would have stayed, but now I fear for the saftey of my family - And the saddest point of all - I really did like the property. :(
