Bad - Non Transparent Management - No communication of changes

Management does not communicate any changes - such as lease breakage, service fees increase, terms changes, sewer , water allocations increase, etc.
Also the apartments are not that good, you'd be rather happy in Eden Place or Water Tower Apartments.
Also no security - lots of incidents of false Fire Alarms, Cars being keyed, driver glass smashed and MP3 players stolen, cars stolen, and the apartment just says = oh its sad.
Apartments are noisy - esp. for those on the first floor - the noise of people / cars outside is clearly disturbing, also stairs are very old and noisy.

Absolutely agree to the above..Just had to pay a huge extra lease breakage due to not being aware of the new changes.
