Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
2 years back this place looked heaven, now its total hell. The management is absolutely useless, almost as if they dont want you to move in, the property is going down the drain, hallways and elevators literally stink, no hot water in the mornings, and when asked, they promptly reply, everyone's used to taking bath in the morning ! I agree with the total unavailability of carts, especially in winters, its horrible.
