Location is the only great thing about these apartments.
Lots of little things that do not function properly within the apartment.
Maintenance staff usually isnt able to do the job in one visit.
Someone has already stated this. PAPER THIN WALLS, Floors and ceilings. I can actually hear him brush his teeth in the morning. Well thats an exagerration but i can acutally hear him use the sink. I wonder what he / they can hear from my apartment ;).
Hallways stink, they are not heated either.
But i'm lucky to have a great view from my apartment.
These apartments are a total misfit in such a great locality.
