The parking lot and side-walks are never taken care of when it is snowing, The yard is full of dog poop, you can hear what people are doing 4 doors down from you, you can hear people going up and down stairs, you can feel wind coming in the windows and patio doors and yet you have to pay for your own heat and all other utilities. The appliances are old and are not in good working order either. All in all... I wish I could move out with out having to pay them $1000 to break the lease!
