I have lived in the dog building for a year now, top floor, corner unit with a nice view of a wooded area. I had planned on signing another lease because I felt the apartment was a great deal for the cost. Then I found out that we had a few little friends living with us somewhere under the kitchen sink. One night I decided to put a few traps down to get a head start on the problem before I contact the management office in the morning. I caught 4 mice OVERNIGHT! Maintenence came and attempted to seal up holes and cracks but it hasn't worked. In the last 5 days I've trapped 7 mice and its completely obvious that this isn't an isolated incident - they are in the walls throughout the building. Not only am I disgusted by all of this, the management staff has never once apologized.

So if you are looking for an apartment complex with a rodent problem and rude management, this is the place for you. If not, run the other direction.
