Fountain Place has the potential to be an awesome place. Great location! But Management is horrendous!! Also, the food smell in the Non-dog building is horrendous. Most of the people who live there now love curry and are very non-social. Great paths around a lake and a great location. Of something breaks in your apartment it will not be fixed for months. It will also take them 10 times to come in and they will have a bad attidtude. Rita and Robin have terriable attitudes. The guy who works there is not smart but his attitude does not stink. Robin also has WHiskey plates so if you have kids watch out when she is coming in the parking lot. The other thing is kids running around in the hallway. Noise travels big time in the hallways. The people who eat curry love to convene with others who eat curry in the hallway at all times of the day. They are very loud and inconsiderate. Also, the people who eat curry prop their doors open when they make dinner with a fan blowing it all into the hallway and through the small cracks into your own apartment. That is why their is a mice problem.
