My wife and I moved from Colorado where we were used to nice complexes with outstanding management. Locationwise, Fountain Place is pretty well situated...but that's about it. The "security" doors are held together with almost nothing. Good luck at getting the keys to actually turn when you want to get in. Upon moving into our apartment, we noted broken screens in the windows, marks in the floor, cracks in the counters, and most noticably, a hole in the wall over the door. That's right...a hole!(Still not fixed as of the end of our lease). You are supposed to be able to watch channel 6 on your TV and see who is buzzing you from the front door. To this day, the door camera sits on its mount...unplugged and useless. Hasn't worked once! The walls and floors ARE paper thin. Bad neighbors (no shortage here) caused us to make a move within the community to a different unit. We STILL receive intercom calls for our other apartment as management has not yet changed the number on it. The hallways do stink of curry and are often littered with dog poop and trash. If you like downtown Somalia, stinky hallways, out of date/broken appliances, worthless management, bs security, maintanence workers who smell of alcohol, and truly uncaring neighbors, then you have found a home! Avoid this place like the plague. Don't say you haven't been warned! This place is a true piece of crap. We can't wait to get out of here...just 3 more days!!!
