The best advise anyone can give you is...DO NOT rent at Fountain Place!!! I signed a 1 year lease in 2007 and I can't wait until my lease ends. Here is a list of things that are bad about this place:

- The hallways are dirty. There is a lot of trash laying around in the halls and the maintenance crew does not clean it. Trash will sit on the floor for weeks before it is picked up by maintenance.

- The walls and floors are thin. Get used to listening to your neighbors! You can hear conversations even if your neighbors are not being loud.

- The office staff is horrible. Since I've been here they lost track of all garage lot numbers and storage room numbers. They send letters out to figure out who's paying extra for a garage spot or storage closet.

- The hallways and garage have a stink! The smell of cooked food lingers in the hallways at all times.

The apartment complex looks good from the outside, but it is not maintained well. One night at the Fountain Place is enough time to experience all these things. DO NOT rent at the Fountain Place. I wish someone gave me this advice before I signed the lease!!! k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

I worked here 2 years ago, but moved to another property for work. I came back here because I knew it was a good property and I love the apartments as well as the new management and staff so I really don't know what you are talking about??? Most of the time people write bad things on here is because "THEY" had a problem, like not paying rent or doing something wrong that the property wouldn't allow so they are getting even. I have worked and lived at most of the Eden Prairie properties and choose to come back here to live so that should say a lot for Fountain Place!!! Robyn is one of the best in the office's that I have ever worked...She is smart, business like and really cares about the community and it's residents. God Bless You All. didi

Working there and living there are two different experiences. If you truly believe that Fountain Place is a beautful and well run property, you are sorely deluded. Take a walk in the stairwell with exposed heater wires, dead bugs, garbage, and dog poop. Yeah, management cares... GET REAL!!!

At least your bugs are dead, I routinely kill about 5 a day...counting down the days till I move out, Fountain Place is BY FAR, the worst place I have ever lived. I wouldnt want my worst enemy to live here!!
