I don't know which building everyone else lives in but the building I'm in is very nice. The halls are clear, they are picked up, and I see the cleaning crew come through quite regularly. The walls aren't any thinner than any other apartment complex that I've lived in. It's apartment living, sometimes you hear your neighbors, and sometimes they hear you.

Our apartment is right by the garbage shoot and the elevator, and I don't find the noise so unbearable. Our apartment is very nice too, has a different floor plan than the standard apartment. And they have larger apartments than most. The kitchens and appliances could use updating, but that's my only pet peeve.

The parking garage is well kept, we've had some issues with our dryer and they've responded right away. The staff is BUSY all the time because it's a large complex, but they're always polite and quick to respond to me. They've posted notices about people and kids in the hallways, and I've noticed a MARKED difference since that happened.

I think for the money and location it's a great value. Sometimes not so great things happen, but that's just a part of living in apartments.
