When I moved in the place was pretty good, but each year the rent went up and quality went down. The clubhouse that was renovated only a year ago is no longer usable by tenants since they moved the leasing staff into the main room, now the office sits almost empty. They did change the policy of charging for keys to get to the fitness center and pool but only for current residents, new residents will have to pay a $25 per key non-refundable fee. They have signs up everywhere saying we will fine you for violating policies that aren't in writing anywhere. The current manager seems to view tenants as children instead of customers, as if we won't move. I am moving soon, I found a cleaner and newer place for less money not that far away from Eden Prairie and closer to the city. They just started to charge for parking in the garage, it used to be included, when I asked if they were going to use the money to fix the garage or give us garage door openers or improve security,(they leak, have poor lighting, are dirty, and in the span of three months 14 cars in one garage were broken into), they said no. I have to ask what are they doing with the extra money, it sure isn't being used to fix anything in the garages or the buildings. Not only did we have cars broken into we had a home invasion because the doors to the building were borken for 2 years! Expect a high heating bill because the windows are old and leak badly, one of my windows, the inner window, frosted up for a month and management said it is fine, on a windy day could feel the wind by standing next to my windows. In the summer don't keep anything valuable near the windows because they also leak water. This place has gotten so bad I would recommend anywhere but here, at least until they get some management in here who care enough to fix things.

I agree with this review. This place is horrible to live. Office staff is waste. Heating bill is very high because the windows leak. They are asking us to give money for fixing the windows. Microwave here takes 4 mnts to warm a cup of milk. Staff said they won't replace it as the microwave is technically "working". Bought our own micrwave oven to reduce electricity bill.. I will never recommend anyone to live here.

These reviews are news to me as I renewed my lease and got a new microwave a few months ago. Maybe it's because I'm very polite when I deal with the staff instead of being a prick. I think people need to realize that if you want to be treated well then you have to treat others well.

You can smile at a terrorist and they'll still want you dead. You can smile at the management staff, and they still don't give a damn, they just want your money. Don't call people pricks because you have blinders on... idiot.
