to be honest Fountain Place is not glamorous, but I have lived there for about 4 months now and my only complaint is that the stairwells smell like dog pee (i live in the animal bldg)... appliances are old and outdated, but work perfectly fine. if you're looking for bells & whistles this isn't the place, but i definitely feel safe there and my apt is clean, just not brand new. there's also a really nice walking trail around a lake right next to the complex, which is really nice. staff is friendly and does a good job at getting and keeping your packages for you. i personally feel the rent is too high for what you get at Fountain Place but that's all of Eden Prairie...
