I lived at fountain place for 4 mouths and hated it. The appliances are horrible! I would have to hand wash my dishes before putting them in the dishwasher because it wouldn t clean them. The residents in the building would always run around the place and leave their stuff sitting around the front door. The halls were always trashed with garbage and the garage would smell horrible. The management was very unorganized when we were about to move out and "lost" our move out agreement. Not to mention many things were stolen from other residents during the time I lived there.
