We have had many problems with these apartments. They looked great at first, but then it goes down hill. The maintenance workers do not know how to fix things as simple as a fridge door not sealing anymore. They often have to be called many times with no fix, your better off doing it yourself in the first place. The garage is a joke. Things like your car getting broken into, and watermains break and flood the garage are a pretty common occurance. The staff is no help when it comes to anything. Even getting your mail packages become a difficult task. The hallways always smell awful, and the people do not clean up after themselves. When you sign the agreement at a rate to be paying expect it to go up about $50 initially, and then a few dollars every single month there after. Half of the time the pool or the hot tub are closed. There is always equipment broke in the workout center, and it takes over 6 months for it to get fixed. There is a daycare being run out of the raquette ball room, and apparently management is ok with this. When they need to plow snow they do all the lots at the same time, forcing everyone to park at the shopping stores closest to them. The showers in your appartment are either freezing or scalding, and it switches from one to the other in a split second. The water smells like the pool does. Overall it was a terrible experience, I do not reccomend it unless you are willing to deal with everything they pose to you.
